The client was undergoing a large-scale network upgrade across hundreds of geographically diverse retail locations. The existing approach lacked centralized ownership, milestone visibility, and accountability.

Utilized WorkWeb and later Salesforce for real-time updates, compliance logs, and milestone accountability.
